At First Community Care, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities by providing compassionate, client-centered support. Led by Natalie, our director, who holds a Certificate IV in Disability Support and Early Childhood Education and Care, we specialize in assisting children and adults with autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions like chronic schizophrenia.

Inspired by personal experience, Natalie has spent years working in disability care and early childhood settings, tailoring individualized education plans and supportive programs to help clients thrive. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment where individuals feel valued, supported, and treated like family. With a focus on trust, respect, and quality care, we help our clients overcome daily challenges and enhance their independence.
